Myleen Leary is an award-winning researcher who has published her research in leading management journals such as Strategic Management Journal and Group & Organizational Management. Her primary research interests are focused on exploring the impact of founding teams on new venture performance in a variety of contexts. and mindfulness on ethical decision-making. She was selected as a Senior Investigator at the 2015 Mind and Life Summer Research Institute and has presented her research at the leading academic conferences including the Strategic Management Society, the International Symposium for Contemplative Studies, the British Academy of Management, and the Academy of Management. Dr. Leary received her doctoral degree in Organizational Theory and Strategy from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, her Master in International Management degree from Thunderbird, The American Graduate School of International Management, and her undergraduate degree in Economics and Modern Languages from Providence College.
